RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Nicholas Knudson may offer refunds, at his sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 30 days or purchase.  The determination of condition is at his sole discretion.  You must contact him before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Nicholas Knudson to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive his approval in advance.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

PRIVACY POLICY

Nicholas and his website respect the confidentiality of data relating to all customers and visitors to the site.  Individual customer and visitor information is not collected, shared, or distributed. Please note that aggregate data are collected and analyzed strictly for the purposes of identifying statistical information concerning site traffic. In areas of the site where users provide personal information for purchasing products, this personal information may be forwarded to third parties in order to fulfill these requests.

DELIVERY POLICY

For all “OBJECTS” shipments within the US, there is a $10 flat fee for shipping.  For international shipments there is a $50 shipping charge.  All products are hand made and made to order so shipping will depend on lead time of item. Customers are sent email confirmations for received orders.
